The proposed development – a house, access, septic tank and percolation area – is located just outside Tulsk on the Clashaganny Road. It is near a ringfort and ancient field system. Testing was carried out on 21 June 2003. Four trenches, measuring 10m by 1m, were excavated across the site. All were excavated to a depth of between 0.3 and 0.45m. No archaeological features or finds were uncovered during the course of the excavation.
