Monitoring took place at St Joseph's School, Athboy, Co. Meath. The development consisted of six prefabricated classrooms and associated services located off Kildalkey Street, Athboy. The site lies at the edge of the zone of archaeological potential for Athboy (SMR 29:9). Monitoring took place of general ground reduction to an average depth of 0.8m, consisting of 0.2m of topsoil and 0.6m of ploughsoil. Nothing of archaeological significance was uncovered during this phase of monitoring.
