Testing was undertaken in advance of the construction of a dwelling, septic tank and entrance at Raheenamadra, Knocklong, Co. Limerick. The development site was located within the zone of archaeological potential for an archaeological complex. Four trenches were excavated across the site. They were between 10 and 20m long and all were 1.5m wide. Nothing of an archaeological nature was noted during the testing.
