Testing took place in advance of the construction of a dwelling-house with a detached outbuilding/store and associated works at Ballygarron, The Spa. The development was located in the vicinity of the zone of archaeological potential for SMR 27:88, an enclosure. Four trenches were opened across the site. Nothing of an archaeological nature was noted.
