Monitoring was carried out over four days in May/June on the site of a proposed industrial development at Ladyswell, within the townland of Tyrrelstown, Mulhuddart, Co. Dublin. Topsoil-stripping was undertaken by a twenty-tonne machine with a 2m-wide grading bucket. The field associated with this development had been disturbed in recent years and the depth of the topsoil varied across the site from 0.1 to 0.45m. No archaeological material was uncovered.
