Monitoring was carried out at a site within the Santry Demesne on the north side of Dublin. The proposed development, encompassing 0.42ha, involves the construction of a four-storey office building over a basement carpark and stores. Development will also involve the construction of drainage, site works, an ESB substation and landscaping. Nothing of archaeological significance was identified during this phase of monitoring.
