The proposed development at Rosscat, Co. Donegal, to consist of a single house, access and septic tank/percolation area, is located a few miles outside of Rossnowlagh. Monitoring of excavation works was carried out in January 2003. No evidence of archaeological activity was revealed during the course of the monitoring.
