Monitoring of ground disturbance associated with the development of a parcel of land at Drumacrin, Bundoran, was required. The initial development concerned all internal roadways and 38 dwelling-houses. The stratigraphy encountered consisted of sod and topsoil overlying an orange/yellow clayey subsoil which overlay a natural marl. Finds from the site included 20th-century pottery and glass fragments recovered from the topsoil layer.
