This excavation was of a medieval church and cemetery, dated to between 1150 and 1350. To date, 1200 human remains have been identified and excavated. The foundations of a rectangular structure, 17m by 8m, have also been identified. Testing through these foundations has shown the building to be contemporary with the burials and more than likely, therefore, the church around which these burials were placed. This excavation is ongoing.
