Monitoring was carried out on the site of the Health Sciences Building, part of the North Campus of the University of Limerick, at Garraun, Clonlara, Co. Clare. Part of the site had previously been tested (No. 115, Excavations 2003) during work on the North Campus Spine Road. A limited amount of topsoil-stripping was carried out prior to the levels in the area being raised for construction purposes. No archaeological material was found.
