Monitoring was undertaken for groundworks associated with the development of a two-storey dwelling-house, septic tank and associated site works. The development area was located to the north of two enclosures, SMR 34:98 and 34:100. The stripped house site area measured 32m east–west by 25m. A depth of 0.1–0.2m of topsoil was stripped. This topsoil lay directly on an extensive area of limestone bedrock. Nothing of an archaeological nature was noted during the works.
