Testing was undertaken of a site at Ballyvorgal Beg, Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare, in compliance with a condition of planning permission for a proposed single house development. The area of proposed development was located in the north-east of the zone of archaeological potential for an enclosure, situated c. 75m south-west of the site.
Seven test-trenches were excavated across the site. No archaeological features or artefacts were identified.
