Monitoring took place at Ballyconneen, Hurler’s Cross, of groundworks associated with the construction of a telecommunications mast and associated compound. The development is in the vicinity of the zones of archaeological potential for SMR 51:153, an enclosure, and SMR 51:154, a church, further to the east. Nothing of an archaeological nature was noted during monitoring.
