Testing was carried out on this site in September 2003. Eight trenches were opened: four revealed features indicating limited archaeological potential. Following this exercise, a limited topsoil strip was monitored. This revealed six features of apparent archaeological significance. These features will be excavated in 2004 in advance of site development.
