Permission was granted for the partial demolition and re-ordering of a protected structure and construction of a ground-floor retail/office unit and seven apartments at Bridge Street, Tullow, with a condition that the area should be tested. This showed a medieval pit containing some 13th-century pottery fragments. The existing building was also recorded in a report by Phelim Manning.
