Monitoring on-site revealed some structural remains. Excavation revealed these to be the foundation levels of two Georgian houses constructed in appreciably different ways, and separated by an alley. The most notable feature was the lack of basement levels and the presence of only two discrete buildings when historical documents suggest that three occupied the site.
