This site was excavated before the N11 Newtownmountkennedy–Ballynabarny Road Scheme in County Wicklow and was identified by testing in 2001 (Excavations 2001, No. 1382, 01E0866). The site comprised a small burnt mound in a hollow in a low-lying area north-east of Area 1A. The spread measured 11m by 7m and overlay a subrectangular trough that measured 2.2m by 1.5m. Large post-holes were situated in the corners of the trough. A large, irregularly shaped pit lay nearby, which contained several sherds of probable Bronze Age pottery.
