This site was at the base of a steep south-facing slope and downslope from a fulacht fiadh (No. 1856, Excavations 2002). The site extended beneath the stockpile to the south and beyond the southern limits of excavation.

Three shallow deposits were identified lying over natural subsoil. Deposit 1 measured 0.35m by 0.32m; Deposit 2 measured 0.3m by 0.35m; Deposit 3 measured 0.35m by 0.35m. They varied from 0.02m to 0.05m deep and consisted of a grey sandy silt with occasional burnt stone inclusions. They may be associated with the fulacht fiadh excavated directly to the west.
