This development of twelve holiday homes and ancillary works at Oldcourt, Terryglass, was near a bawn. Monitoring of the stripping revealed a layer of topsoil, 0.4m deep, overlying a natural grey/brown clay. Nothing of an archaeological nature was uncovered during the works.
