Monitoring of the groundworks for this housing estate on the outskirts of Nenagh concluded in December 2002. In December 2000 two skeletons found near the entrance to the site were excavated by Tracy Collins of Aegis Archaeology Ltd (Excavations 2001, No. 1227, 00E949), and their presence is recorded in the Archaeological inventory of County Tipperary (Farrelly and O’Brien 2002, no. 2261). No further features, deposits or artefacts of archaeological significance were noted on the site.
