Monitoring was carried out in the townland of Graiguefrahane in Loughmore, Co. Tipperary, during the removal of topsoil before the construction of an extension to a house and a new, separate garage. Immediately west of the western lawn of the house there is a ringfort. No archaeological features were uncovered during the excavations.
