Pre-development testing was undertaken as part of the proposed N8 Cashel Bypass and N74 Link Road. Investigation was carried out at the location of a feature identified from aerial photography as a roughly circular cropmark. Four trenches were opened. No evidence of archaeological remains was uncovered.
