All groundworks associated with a proposed bungalow development, 70m from the eastern limits of SMR 15:9, at Ashleypark, Ardcrony, Nenagh, were monitored on 2 November 2002. No archaeological features or artefacts were revealed during monitoring; however, traces of burnt-out tree stumps and disturbance associated with the removal of an oak wood (2.4ha) from the site in 1980 were found.
