Fifteen trenches tested a field in which it was proposed to construct six houses. A univallate rath with an external souterrain lies in the adjacent field to the east and north-east. They will not be affected by the proposed development. Nothing of archaeological interest was found in the trenches. There was some evidence of recent disturbance.
