This excavation was carried out c. 170m south of the site excavated under licence 02E0930 (No. 1581, Excavations 2002) in Ballybeg Bog, Co. Offaly. Excavation revealed the milled remains of a linear togher and associated peg/post. The site measured 1.7m in maximum width and was traced for a length of 2.3m. It comprised two milled ash roundwoods and a post. An ex situ horn-core was uncovered 10m to the east of this site.
