The proposed development relates to the conversion of an existing building from warehouse to retail premises, including an extension to the rear of the men’s shop at 32–34 Clanbrassil Street.
An assessment by means of a test-trench was conducted on 5 December 2002. The site was found to be substantially disturbed by previous buildings. Therefore, it is unlikely that any archaeological material survives on this site.
