The proposed development relates to the construction of a residential dwelling with a driveway and percolation area. The site is in Carrickedmond, Kilcurry, near an archaeological complex. An assessment by means of test-trenching was conducted, revealing one linear feature: a substantial ditch that appeared to be a field boundary. It was concluded that the field boundary was recent and of no archaeological significance.
