The proposed development will involve the construction of a small extension to the eastern side of the community hall. Work had begun on-site before the archaeologist was contacted. It involved the demolition of an existing extension and the removal of its foundation. It is unlikely that this work would have impinged on any archaeology, as the area outside of the pre-existing foundation was not excavated. All other aspects of the proposed development were monitored. No archaeological features or finds were revealed.
