Monitoring of groundworks associated with the construction of a house at Dromlohan, Kilcornan, did not reveal anything of archaeological significance. The development is within the zone of potential of a multiple burial. Human remains were discovered in the townland in 1965. Local information gathered during a site visit suggested that the findspot is 100m to the west of the house site, on a prominent west-facing ridge.
