The site of the proposed development, to consist of a single L-shaped building to be used for residential and commercial purposes, is in the town of Manorhamilton, on the corner of Old Church Street and Main Street. A church and graveyard are situated 30m to the south-west. Three trenches were excavated. No archaeological features or finds were revealed.
