Monitoring took place of the groundworks for a single residential development. Within 60m of the development area lay a large ringfort, SMR 37:15. A total area of 0.3ha was monitored. Two potential archaeological features were identified cut into the subsoil in the proposed development area: a linear ditch and a small circular cut filled with burnt material and coal fragments. Both were determined on investigation to be non-archaeological.
