Monitoring was undertaken 300m from a ringfort (SMR 20:62) in relation to development work associated with the construction of stables at Killorane, Ardfert. Topsoil consisted of a fine, mid-brown, sandy loam. No archaeological features or artefacts were recorded or recovered.
