Planning permission was granted for a change of layout and house type to a previously approved development at the new Citywest Golf-Course. Monitoring of all subsurface disturbance was a condition of the grant of planning. The proposed development is on the recently constructed Citywest Golf-Course, to the east of Saggart. Two separate locations in the site were involved, one in the western section of the golf-course and one to the south. No archaeological finds or levels were noted during monitoring.
