This site was discovered during monitoring on the South-Eastern Motorway. It dates to the medieval period, with some post-medieval disturbance. The main features were an L-shaped slot-trench and a stone-lined hearth. The slot-trench measured 1.3m east–west by 2.2m and was 0.22m deep. A post-hole was found at the base of this trench, 0.5m wide and 0.2m deep.

The hearth, situated close to the slot-trench, was circular, measuring c. 0.8m by 0.8m, and 0.1m deep. The finds from these features were all medieval and included Leinster ware. A number of other linear features on the site were interpreted as post-medieval agricultural furrows.
