Most of the site had previously been assessed in 2000 (Excavations 2000, No. 288). The remaining building on the site was demolished, and two more test-trenches were excavated in December 2002. These yielded similar results to the previous trenches, showing that the site contained dumped deposits of late 16th–18th-century date.
Subsequently, the piling of the perimeter of the site was monitored, but nothing of significance was found.
