Several sites were uncovered during monitoring of the N22 Ballincollig Bypass Scheme. These were:

Ballinaspig More 4 (No. 214, Excavations 2002, 02E0947), cremation pits and dissociated agricultural activity;
Ballinaspig More 5 (No. 215, Excavations 2002, 02E1033), a Bronze Age settlement and an 18th-century cottage;
Ballinaspig More 6 (No. 216, Excavations 2002, 02E1230), a fulacht fiadh;
Ballinaspig More 7 (No. 217, Excavations 2002, 02E1233), a fulacht fiadh;
Barnagore 2 (No. 234, Excavations 2002, 02E0383), an Early Bronze Age pit;
Barnagore 3 (No. 235, Excavations 2002, 02E0384), a Neolithic house and a cluster of Bronze Age pits;
Barnagore 4 (No. 236, Excavations 2002, 02E0400), an Early Bronze Age cremation pit;
Carrigrohane 3 (No. 253, Excavations 2002, 02E0431), three prehistoric pits;
Carrigrohane 4 (No. 254, Excavations 2002, 02E0890), a Beaker cremation pit.
Greenfield 4 (No. 309, Excavations 2002, 02E0432), a pit containing burnt-mound material;
Greenfield 5 (No. 310, Excavations 2002, 02E0946), a prehistoric cremation pit;
