Monitoring of ground disturbance work at this dwelling-house site was carried out in July 2002. No material of archaeological significance was noted: disturbed topsoil was present to levels of 0.4–0.9m, with natural subsoil below. No trace of the bullaun stone (SMR 84:19) that existed at the site until the 1980s or its setting was noted. The stone was photographed in situ in 1981, but its current location is unknown.
