No archaeological features or deposits were identified, but a number of flints were recovered during the monitoring, including a scraper.

No archaeological features or deposits were exposed during the excavation. The only feature exposed on site was identified as a modern filled drain. Three pieces of flint débitage were recovered from the base of the topsoil that covered the site and a similar number of surface finds, including a scraper, were recovered during monitoring.
