Two fulachta fiadh complexes were exposed to the east and west of a post-medieval field boundary and indicate at least two phases of activity on site. Twenty-two pits, two possible troughs and one definite trough, two possible post-holes and one linear feature were exposed within the eastern complex, which was in use during the late Neolithic/early Bronze Age.

The western complex contained seven pits, two possible troughs, three possible overflow features, one post-hole, one deposit, one natural feature and a concentration of stake-holes which appeared to have formed a possible structure. This complex was in use during the early–middle Bronze Age. Finds from the site included four flint cores and one possible votive deposit of a stone pestle.
