The isolated pit was located along the fairway of Hole 6. It was subcircular with steep sides and a flat base. It had an average diameter of 0.46m and a depth of 0.1m. It had a mid–dark brown sandy clay fill and was cut into natural. The sandy fill contained regular inclusions of sandstone and limestone with charcoal flecks. No artefacts were found within the fill nor was there enough charcoal for a dating sample.
