Monitoring of all ground disturbance aspects of the development of a group of ten townhouses and offices is being undertaken to comply with a planning condition. This is the second phase of the development. The site is located in Moyderwell on the eastern limits of the zone of archaeological potential for Tralee. The well from which the townland takes its name is located to the north-east of the site. Nothing of archaeological significance has been recorded to date.
