Monitoring took place of all ground disturbance aspects of a proposed development (dwelling-house) at Páirc na Dún on 30 October 2001. The site, in a housing development in which some of the houses have already been built, is within the vicinity of several archaeological monuments, although not within the constraint area of any. Nothing of archaeological significance was found during the monitoring, with limestone bedrock being very close to the surface over most of the site.
