Monitoring of ground disturbance associated with a housing development was undertaken at Ballyard, Tralee, in compliance with a planning condition. The site is located west of Ballyard ringfort SMR 29:155. It was formerly part of an estate demesne and more recently a garden centre. No archaeological deposits, stratigraphy or artefacts were recorded.
