Pre-development testing was undertaken within a small area at the north end of a walled garden, the site of a proposed extension to an existing building, within the grounds of Churchill House, Glebe, Co. Kerry. The testing was necessitated by the presence of a recorded monument, SMR 28:44, immediately outside the northern end wall of the garden.
Three trenches were opened immediately inside the northern end wall of the garden. No archaeological features or strata were encountered.
