The site at Victoria Place was monitored during excavation of foundation trenches for an extension to an existing premises. A cobbled yard was uncovered beneath the tarmac at the site. Associated with this cobbled surface were the foundation levels of walls forming a small outbuilding. The material associated with these features was all modern. The cobbled surface was removed, but only a very small portion of the wall foundations was disturbed.
