The site of a three-storey development was within the zone of archaeological constraint around Dunasead Castle, Baltimore, Co. Cork, and the holy well known as Tobaranargid. The site is to the east of the castle building and just outside the bawn wall. Planning conditions required monitoring, of groundworks. No archaeological finds or features were uncovered during the monitoring, which was carried out in March 2001.
