Monitoring was undertaken on 24 February 2001 of a private house development at Sheeaun townland, Kilmihil, Co. Clare. The house lies near a ringfort. The site was a greenfield site on the side of a low hill. It was agreed that a buffer zone of 20m would be established around the monument. No archaeological features or material were recovered from this site.
