Testing of two thirds of the area under development revealed no levels, artefacts or features of archaeological significance. All uncovered levels were disturbed or were recent deposits. The southernmost part of the site had not been purchased by the time the investigation took place and will require further examination. The remainder of the area can be deemed to have been archaeologically resolved and no further work is required.
