The development was to take place on the site of an old Moravian schoolhouse (SMR 13:30). This was actually recorded as the site of an 18th-century Moravian church and graveyard. It was mentioned by Reeves and once had two visible grave-markers, one dated to 1742. Nothing was uncovered during monitoring other than the upstanding ruins on the site.
