These two pits were exposed during the monitoring of topsoil-stripping on the Nenagh Bypass. The larger of the two was elliptical in shape and measured 0.54m by 1.2m with a maximum depth of 0.3m. The smaller of the two measured 0.51m by 0.4m and had a maximum depth of 0.18m. No other features were found within this area.
